Over the past two years, I’ve worked with staff members from the Appalachia Service Project to document their home repair efforts throughout central Appalachia. Throughout Kentucky, Virginia, West Virginia and Tennessee, the staff manages thousands of volunteers, making hundreds of homes warmer, safer and drier.
